was able to listen to the sound therapy
lecture. And I was excited to learn that I
could have a personal sound therapy
session. And that's what we just finished.
I was working on my heart chakra. And
that's something that I've experienced in
dreams recently and tried to duplicate.
And so this was another opportunity to
work on that. I believe that's helpful for
me,So I'm thankful for that opportunity,
and I'm thankful for the sound therapy.

I was lucky enough to see Dr. Parth Vyas
at a sound meditation we've had, Dr.
Vyas's was the most powerful. His voice
resonates with the same sound that his
crystal bowls do. and it creates this
resonance frequency within you that
then becomes part of the energy around
you. So for me, it was wonderful. I got to
see things through my third eye.I would
have for future sound meditations. I
would say this is a highly recommended
experience to have any chance you get.
I'm hopeful that Dr. Vyas, if he comes to
the States, will come to Arizona, and if
not, we will try and do this on Zoom as
much.
